1. Contracted Sales in January 2013
In January 2013, the Group recorded contracted sales of RMB 1.5 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.6 times. The total contracted sold area was 92.8 thousand sq.m., representing a year-on-year increase of 16.0%.
In January, Shanghai Region recorded the highest contracted sales amount of RMB 1.25 billion, increased by 2.7 times year-on-year .
2. New Land Acquisition in January
The Group did not acquire any new land in January 2013. At present, the Group’s total land bank is sufficient to meet its development needs for over the next five years.
